1. time limit for answering
VILLA OCÉANS undertakes to answer your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other complementary request for information within a reasonable time period which should not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.

2. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
VILLA OCÉANS informs you that it has recourse to its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and have communication of the data collected through the various forms present on the Site (with the exception of the form allowing you to exercise your rights to Information Technology and Civil Liberties which is proposed and operated by VILLA OCEANS).

VILLA OCEANS has previously ensured the implementation by its service providers of adequate guarantees and the respect of strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and protection of data. In particular, vigilance has been focused on the existence of a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country. In this respect, one of our service providers is subject to internal company rules (or “Binding Corporate Rules”) that were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others obey not only Standard Contractual Clauses but also the Privacy Shield.
